Instantly we knew this was the right guy for the job. Mark pointed us to his web site answered as we discussed the trip and answered all of our questions. We booked and scheduled our trip that day. Mark sent us his location along the way of the trip and photos at each stop. First time having to hire transport and I am so thankful for Mark Wisecarver. Found out on Friday we were selected as a retirement home for ANC Caisson Platoon's Wyatt. We had until Monday to let them know pick up date that had to be by the 22nd. That certainly didn't jive with our schedules this week. Spent the weekend trying to get transport lined up with no luck. Mark Wisecarver was our transporter and he made everything stress-free for us and our beloved 5-year-old 17hh TB, Fred. Mark was prompt, professional, and courteous, and most importantly, he was gentle with Fred who is not a fan of trailers. I'm so happy to say that Fred arrived at his new barn calm and relaxed. We're definitely going to use Mark for all our future transport needs. His top-notch trailer, Glympse app for tracking, constant communication, and prioritization of safety really impressed me. I had the best experience with Mark at Nine Points! He took great care of my horse and sent me lots of pictures and updates throughout the trip. They stayed at a beautiful layover facility over night. I had no worries at all. He even called me the next day to ask how my horse was doing when he arrived at my farm. I highly recommend using Mark with Nine Points Equine Transportation for shipping needs. I have an older gelding that hasn’t shipped professionally before. Mark took such great care of him on a long haul halfway across the country. We got text message updates with pictures every few hours. My horse had a nice clean box stall with plenty of hay. Mark was so organized, professional, and responsive on the admin side of scheduling, loading, and unloading. He provided a tracking link, so you could follow the trailer. Really great business that prioritizes the comfort and care of the horses.

On Easter weekend we were hauling three horses from Florida to New York when the turbo went out on our truck. In the middle of Virginia I googled horse transportation, made a phone call and Mike answered. Within 2 hours he met us on the highway, hooked up to our trailer and away they went. We were able to track their progress via an app he provided. 8 hours later we limped into the driveway and found the horses safe and sound. Mike truly rescued us. 😊

Mr. Wisecarver brought my 2 horses to me in Virginia from Florida. I cant even begin to say how amazing he is!!!He stopped half way in South Carolina at a beautiful Equine Center and they took such good care of the horses. They were bathed, groomed, fly sprayed and fed. They stayed in a fabulous place overnight. The next morning they were groomed again before their final ride home to Va. Mr. Wisecarver's transport setup is by far absolutely awesome.The box trailer is so great for the horses. He is very knowledgeable about horses and how to transport them with the upmost safety!!! He stops every few hours to be sure they are safe and have water. He communicates frequently and sends pictures!!! I have had my horse since they were born 20 years ago and he treated them like they were his own. I was worried at the beginning and wasn't sure how the trip would go, but my worry was needless and I trust Mr. Wisecarver more than I can say.I would like to express my sincerest thanks and extreme gratitude to Nine Points Equine Transportation and Mr. Wisecarver!!!

Hands down the BEST transportation service! He was such a kind gentleman who made the whole trip stress free with great communication and hourly check-ins (great backing skills too🤣). Vegas was so calm in his care.🐴💙 He only hauls one horse at a time, so all eyes and care were on Vegas the entire trip. Cant recommend them enough! 🐎

VERY punctual and communicative.My one gelding was being tricky to load. He stepped in to help without hesitation and not once was he harsh or unfair.Used spacial pressure and joining up to build my boys trust so he loaded gently with no drama stress or sweat.Extremely big on safety. Before we departed he checked over his truck, the rig, and that my horses had ample hay and water at least 2-3 different times ( 1st at arrival, 2nd before loading up, 3rd time before leaving the driveway)If I ever have to haul my horses again, I know I will be reaching out to him ♥️

Nine Points Equine Transportation was a pleasure to work with! We were looking for an experienced shipper as well as a private trailer journey when bringing our beloved Dales across the country. From the start Mark put all our worries at ease, he was not only professional, but also really flexible in scheduling and willing to make the long journey from Virginia to Illinois. Both of these ponies had not been on a trailer in well over 15 years when they first came to Virginia and he made the journey so easy for them. They each got their own private box stall in an air-ride equipped trailer with wonderful air circulation, water, and hay. He stopped multiple times and checked on the ponies and sent pictures the whole time. Both ponies arrived after a long day of travel with not a drop of sweat on them. We couldn’t have asked for a better journey for them. We were beyond happy with our choice of using Nine Points Equine Transportation!
